Death of Innocence Painting
Meet the Creator: Laure Patera
This painting was inspired by a dream I had in my freshman year of high school, where I saw a tiger made up of paper spirals kill a glowing gold eagle. The whole dream was tinted pink or red, and it was more of a still image rather than a movie. I decided to paint it as closely as I could when I was older, and this is the result. This painting is made using acrylic paint and pen and ink on an 18 in. x 24 in. unframed canvas.
